
The Sierra Club NSC had never developed an official Marketing Plan, and was looking for a way to gain a deeper understanding of its members in order to do so. To assist them with this challenge, Celadonna conducted a comprehensive survey of 5000 Sierra Club NSC members. Through this effort, the club gained a greater understanding of its members’ interests and priorities.
This survey effort was very well received by the Sierra Club North Star Chapter’s Board of Directors, and Dakota Hoska, owner of Celadonna, was awarded a Sierra Club North Star Council Achievement award for her efforts. She continues to sit on the Communications Committee and to assist the chapter as they develop their future communication strategies.
